As a key member of the Infrastructure Planning & Implementation team at ThinkOn, you will assist in maintaining physical operations at the Ottawa facility. This junior role requires skills in equipment handling, troubleshooting IT failures, and cable installations. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors while upholding ThinkOn’s high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily data centre operations and maintenance
• Install and remove IT equipment as needed
• Maintain accurate inventory and track assets




• Conduct visual inspections of devices regularly
• Assist in basic troubleshooting and device repairs
Requirements:
• 1-2 years onsite data centre experience desired
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• College diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Knowledge of critical infrastructure systems
• Eligibility for Government of Canada clearance required
