SECURE is seeking an Area Manager to lead safe, productive operations across its waste processing facilities in Peace River region. You will set the safety culture, develop facility teams, oversee training and competencies, and monitor KPIs and business needs. You will work with the General Manager, Operations to ensure regulatory compliance and effective communication across the Area. This field-based role requires travel between Peace River, Rainbow Lake, Valleyview and High Prairie sites.
