With flagship operations like the Côté Gold Mine in Ontario, one of Canada's largest and most technologically advanced gold mines, we're not just mining gold; we're redefining what mining means for the future.We believe in empowerment, growth and sustainability, and we are committed to creating a strong community and innovative growth.Our company has been recognized as a top employer (2025 GTA Top Employer) and ranks 13th on the 2025 TSX30.ResponsibilitiesSupervision and coordination of work: supervise companies and field teams to ensure efficient and safe execution.Plan, coordinate and prioritize activities to minimize interference and meet deadlines.Serve as the client's main representative on site and be the focal point for coordination with internal and external stakeholders.Develop, update and analyze progress schedules in collaboration with the Project Controller.Monitor subcontractor performance (progress, productivity, resources) and ensure achievement of objectives.Identify deviations, recommend and manage corrective actions to meet deadlines and costs.Ensure compliance with contract documents, technical specifications and project standards.Supervise and audit quality control activities (ITP, testing, materials, certifications) and approve associated deliverables.Manage bills, invoicing, contractual changes, non-conformities and acceptance processes.Implement and ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements (prevention plans,
