We are seeking a Senior Associate, Talent Acquisition to support front‑office investment recruiting across North America. This role reports to the Associate Director, Talent Acquisition and is based in Toronto.Key ResponsibilitiesLead full‑cycle recruitment processes for front‑office investment roles, from intake through offer and onboarding.Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers, supporting job scoping, description development, candidate assessment, and hiring decisions.Provide guidance on candidate profiles, market dynamics, and interview processes to improve hiring outcomes.Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify high‑caliber and diverse talent across investment markets.Conduct proactive market mapping and direct sourcing of passive candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks.Deliver a high‑touch, professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.Track and manage recruitment activity within Workday and other systems.Required Experience & Skills4+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably supporting investment, private markets, consulting,
