Ensure compliance with established electrical safety standards
Own and manage the Electrical Engineering Control Plan
Collaborate with Glencore on strategic electrical initiatives
Conduct compliance audits and assessments
Promote continuous improvement of electrical safety measures Requirements:
Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
12+ years in the mining or resource sector
Eligible for Qualified Engineer registration in BC
Strong leadership in cross-functional compliance environments
