Drive legal excellence for Alto’s high-speed train initiatives as Vice President of Legal Affairs. Guide teams to deliver top-tier legal services for infrastructure and development projects. In this role, you will be integral in managing Alto’s legal affairs, overseeing Transactions, Development, Litigation, and Ethics & Compliance.

Reporting to the Chief Legal & Real Property Assets Officer, you will provide strategic legal advice on complex matters that affect large infrastructure projects and public-private partnerships. Your focus will ensure legal support aligns with business and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the integration of legal functions within Alto
Advise on infrastructure, environmental, and regulatory issues




Develop strategic priorities and governance frameworks
Collaborate with internal teams and external legal partners
Spearhead ethics and compliance initiatives throughout the organization Requirements:
Licensed legal practitioner in Canada with positive standing
15+ years legal experience, including leadership roles
Expertise in infrastructure projects and M&A; transactions
Proven ability to navigate complex legal settings
