We are looking for a Senior Developer / Senior Designer with solid hands-on experience in Spark, Scala, and Java to support enterprise-scale data processing and reporting initiatives within the Capital Markets and Liquidity Reporting domain. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in big data technologies and a solid understanding of banking and financial services.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support scalable applications using Spark, Scala, and Java .
Build and optimize large-scale data processing solutions on Hadoop platforms.
Develop and maintain data models and applications using Cassandra .
Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver Liquidity Reporting and Capital Markets solutions.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize application efficiency.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and production support activities.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and project teams.
Required Skills
Solid experience with Spark and Scala development .
Hands-on experience in Liquidity Reporting or Capital Markets .
Expertise in Java, Hadoop, and Cassandra .
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Experience working in Banking/Financial Services environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with enterprise data platforms and distributed systems.
Exposure to regulatory reporting and risk management initiatives.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
