Drive enterprise-level data quality as Vancity’s Senior Data Quality Manager. Engage in strategic governance and quality management while enjoying a hybrid work setting. In this full time, permanent position based at Vancity’s head office, you will spearhead the Enterprise Data Quality Management Program.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to introduce data governance frameworks, validation rules, and quality controls. Your analytical approach will support data visibility and regulatory compliance across our organization, enhancing stakeholder trust. Key Responsibilities:
Lead development of data quality management frameworks
Design enterprise quality standards and procedures
Enable governance across Microsoft Purview and Azure




Collaborate for effective data lineage and traceability
Create dashboards and scorecards for visibility Requirements:
Bachelor's in a relevant discipline
8+ years in data management or governance
Hands-on experience with Azure and related technologies
Solid understanding of KPI development and reporting
