In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and sanding doors and parts for painting ,ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout the process. Responsibilities
Carefully inspect and sand parts and components before painting
Use hand tools and power tools to prepare surface for painting
Handle heavy lifting safely to move parts as needed
Organize racks efficiently, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and for painting
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity
Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets and deadlines
Follow safety procedures diligently during all prep activities to prevent injuries or damage
Requirements
Basic knowledge related to kitchen components or repair processes
Comfort using hand tools, power tools, and other mechanical equipment
Ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly while maintaining proper safety techniques
Experience with kitchen doors repair work is a strong plus
Solid organizational skills with attention to detail in handling shipments
Reliable team player with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards
