About the Company

Our client, a highly regarded law firm, is seeking a Junior Corporate Assistant to join their Corporate Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal skilled looking to further develop their corporate law experience while working alongside and supporting a team of experienced Corporate Law Clerks.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clerical support to Senior Corporate Law Clerks
• Assist with the preparation and organization of corporate documents and transaction materials
• Prepare and maintain corporate records, minute books, and other corporate documentation
• Assist with incorporations, amendments, annual filings, and other routine corporate matters
• Conduct corporate searches and assist with due diligence as required
• Prepare correspondence, forms, and other legal documents
• Maintain and organize electronic and physical client files
• Manage deadlines and follow up on outstanding items
• Communicate with clients, government offices,
  
  
  
  and other third parties as required
• Provide general administrative support to the Corporate Services team

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Corporate Legal Assistant or Junior Corporate Law Clerk
• Previous experience working in a law firm or legal environment is required
• Familiarity with corporate legal documents and procedures
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn from a team of experienced professionals
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems

Compensation

• Salary up to $60,000, commensurate with experience
• This role is fully in office
