Support production teams with engineering needs for rotating equipment
Lead continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability
Manage the rotating equipment engineering team effectively
Ensure technical authority development for engineers
Coordinate resources for project scopes and Turnaround events Requirements:
BS, MS, or PhD in mechanical or related engineering
Registration or eligible for registration in Alberta
Extensive manufacturing and rotating equipment experience
Proven ability in team leadership and results delivery
