Role Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable, responsible, and customer-focused Retail Store Associate. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, educate customers on cannabis products, and help maintain a welcoming, compliant retail setting. We value team players who are eager to grow, with many associates advancing to management positions within a year.
Responsibilities
Report to duty punctually, and in appropriate and outlines attire according to dress code standards
Maintain company standards and policies while ensuring that legal standards are met
Greet customers throughout the day in a friendly and welcoming manner
Confidently represent the brand and ideals
Educate customers on cannabis products and how to safely consume cannabis
Receive, organize, and categorize cannabis products and accessories
Ensure the cleanliness of the store is maintained daily
Check identification of customers who appear to be 25 years of age or under
Abide by all company policies and procedures
Requirements
Must be 19 years of age or older
1 – 3 years of experience in a retail setting is preferred
A CannSell Cannabis certificate or willingness to obtain one
A valid background check or willingness to obtain one
Availability for shift work any time between 9:00am – 11:00pm, Monday to Sunday
