We are seeking an experienced Team Leader who possesses exceptional management skills and the ability to deliver excellent customer experiences.

This full time role will require flexibility, including weekends and evenings, while ensuring a fun atmosphere for guests of all ages. Your passion and problem-solving abilities will shine as you interact with families. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee operations and team performance daily
Engage warmly with guests and ensure a welcoming environment
Coordinate special events and parties for children
Uphold the highest cleanliness and maintenance standards
Train and manage staff within QYC Fun Factory Requirements:
Robust background in customer service or hospitality
At least 18 years old and able to work independently
Valid First Aid Certificate and Food Hygiene Certification
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
