Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our dynamic healthcare team. Duties
Deliver personalized massage therapy sessions tailored to each client's needs using various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, or sports massage
Assess clients’ conditions and develop customized treatment plans to achieve optimal results
Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress reports
Educate clients on self-care practices and post-treatment recommendations to support ongoing wellness
Ensure a clean, protected, and welcoming treatment environment in compliance with health regulations
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their concerns and explain treatment procedures clearly




Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and clinic productivity

Requirements
Valid registration and licensure as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with the appropriate regulatory body
Strong knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health conditions
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and foster trust with clients
Effective communication skills for explaining treatments, instructions, and health advice clearly
Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided if needed
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members
