We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate with a background in jewellery retail to join our team. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, knowledgeable about jewellery products, and comfortable handling basic computer and administrative tasks.
Duties
Assist customers with jewellery purchases and provide excellent customer service
Demonstrate knowledge of gold, diamonds, and other jewellery products
Handle sales transactions and maintain accurate records
Manage customer inquiries and follow-ups
Assist with inventory management and product displays
Support daily store operations and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Use computer systems for billing, record-keeping, and basic reporting
Skills
Previous experience working in a jewellery store as a Sales Associate (required)
Robust sales and communication skills
Basic IT knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Comfortable using computers for billing and inventory systems
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Professional and friendly attitude
