Overview

We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Salesperson to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with their home-appliance needs, providing product recommendations, generating sales, and ensuring an excellent customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable home appliances based on their requirements and budget.
Explain product features, specifications, pricing, warranties, and promotions.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Generate current sales opportunities and follow up with potential customers.
Prepare quotes, sales orders, invoices, and other required documentation accurately.
Process customer orders and coordinate with inventory, warehouse, and delivery teams.
Maintain accurate product and customer information in company systems.
Keep the showroom and product displays organized and presentable.
Handle customer questions, concerns, and basic after-sales support professionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications




Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer-service and relationship-building abilities.

Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products.
