FSRA is seeking a strategic Senior Labour Relations Lead to shape organizational success in Ontario. This role focuses on complex workplace challenges, collaboratively enhancing labour relations in a regulated public context. As a Senior Labour Relations Lead at FSRA, you will provide enterprise-wide leadership and strategic oversight across labour relations.

You will guide collective bargaining, compliance with regulations, and support change management initiatives alongside HR and executive teams. Your expertise will foster productive relationships with bargaining agents, ensuring adherence to collective agreements. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive labour relations strategies
- Provide expert advice on organizational changes and workforce restructuring




- Lead collective bargaining negotiations with AMAPCEO and OPSEU
- Oversee grievances, mediations, and arbitrations effectively
- Manage complex workplace investigations and recommend corrective actions Requirements:
- Postsecondary degree in a related field
- 7-10 years of labour relations experience in unionized settings
- Knowledge of Ontario labour legislation and public sector practices
- CHRL designation or related advanced credential preferred
