With over 35 years of experience, our firm specializes in commercial, industrial, and federal projects. You will fit, position, and weld components according to precise blueprints and specifications to ensure top quality. Key Responsibilities:
- Lay out and assemble structural steel components accurately
- Perform high-quality welds using GMAW and FCAW processes
- Operate heavy machinery safely, including overhead cranes
- Verify workpiece dimensions to meet CWB standards
- Maintain quality and safety control throughout production Requirements:
- Valid CWB structural certifications preferred (GMAW / FCAW)
- 2+ years of experience in a fabrication shop
- Ability to interpret complex fabrication drawings
