Support student conduct initiatives as a Coordinator at our university. This critical role involves data management, triage, and case administration related to student behaviour. The Coordinator, Student Conduct and Case Administration, plays an significant role in the review of non-academic misconduct matters.
Collaborating with the Student Conduct Resolution team, you’ll conduct data collection, facilitate early resolution processes, and support projects that enhance program effectiveness. This position also engages with diverse and high-risk behavioural concerns while ensuring transparency and procedure fairness. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead triage and intake of student conduct concerns
- Provide administrative support for student misconduct reviews
- Manage and report case-related data efficiently
- Prepare clear communication for students regarding processes
- Facilitate educational and resolution processes Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Minimum four years of experience in case administration
- Knowledge of trauma-informed support and student development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in confidential record keeping Utilize your skills in student development and case management as a vital part of our Student Conduct team.
