Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Technical Sales Representative is responsible to achieve sales targets by identifying and satisfying customer requirements through innovative Konstant products and solutions.
Technical Sales Representatives are the first line of contact with all current and existing customers, with the objective of building and maintaining long-term business relationships through a positive customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute creative prospecting strategies to secure new customers – a key focus of this role is securing new business revenue opportunities
- Consultswith potential/existingcustomersto provideinnovativeproductsand solutionsthatsatisfybusinessrequirements
- Developsclearand effective presentationsandproposals
- Supplies managementwith oralandwrittenreportsasrequired
- Establishes,developsand maintainsbusinessrelationships with currentand prospectivecustomerstogenerate newbusinesswhile maintaininghigh customer satisfaction
- Keeps abreastofproductapplications,marketconditionsand competitive activities
- Post-Secondary Education ispreferred
- Experienced in working on a national level and managing multiple locations in various provinces is an asset
- Demonstratedaptitudeforproblem-solving; abilityto determinesolutionsforcustomers(consultative sales approach)
- Mustbe results-orientated and ableto workboth independentlyand within ateamenvironment
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiencyin using Microsoft OfficeSuite applications
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a reliable automobile
