If you are interested, please submit your application by e-mail.Position: Head Sushi ChefWage: CAD $39.00 per hourTypes: Full-time, Permanent (various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays)Working hours: 30-40 hours per weekBenefits: 4% vacation payJob Duties: Plan and direct the preparation and cooking of sushi and other Japanese dishes; Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff; Plan menus and create special recipes; Ensure sushi dishesmeet high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency; Estimate seafood, rice and other food requirements and assist in controlling food costs; Oversee the selection, inspection and proper handling of fish and seafood to ensure freshness and quality; Oversee the preparation of sushi rice and ensure proper texture,
