Duties
Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing various techniques to address client-specific concerns
Assess clients’ needs through consultations and develop personalized treatment plans
Maintain detailed records of treatments provided and client progress in compliance with health regulations
Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend exercises or lifestyle adjustments as needed
Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming setting for all clients by adhering to sanitation standards
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals and provide clear explanations of procedures
Stay current with industry best practices and continuing education to enhance your skills
Requirements
Valid registration and licensure as a Massage Therapist from the appropriate regulatory body
Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health history
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Strong communication skills to clearly explain treatments and listen attentively to client needs
Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment
