Duties/Responsibilites
Deliver high-quality massage therapy treatments tailored to each client’s individual needs, utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, or sports massage.
Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their health history, current concerns, and treatment goals.
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients before, during,
and after sessions to ensure comfort and satisfaction.
Ensure all treatments adhere to health and safety standards, including proper sanitation and hygiene protocols.
Keep detailed treatment records accurately for each client in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Experience
Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
Professional Liability Insurance
Robust knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health and wellness.
Excellent customer service skills
Outstanding communication skills
Ability to work independently while maintaining a positive attitude within a team environment.
