This mid-level business development position develops and manages a portfolio of B2B and B2C customers within a defined territory, focusing on prospecting and acquiring new business while retaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.Work Location:Flexible – In office at Caledon centre one day per week (12424 Dixie Rd., Caledon, ON L7C 2L6); on the road the remainder of the week.Schedule:Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (flexible hours as needed)Compensation:$63,012 – $65,940 annually + Sales Incentive Program (SIP)Key ResponsibilitiesProactively prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities to achieve monthly and annual sales targetsBuild and maintain strong client relationships by understanding customer needs and positioning UPS as a strategic logistics partnerConduct in-person client meetings and presentations to deliver tailored solutionsManage and expand an assigned book of business through retention, cross-sell, and upsell strategiesNegotiate and prepare comprehensive logistics solutions that align with customer objectivesStay informed on competitor offerings and market trends to effectively position UPS’s valueMaintain accurate records of all customer interactions, opportunities,
