**Location(s) of work:** 5700 Explorer Drive, Suite 400, Ontario L4W 0C6 Canada. May be required to travel to worksite locations across Ontario.**Number of Positions: One (1)****Required Language Skills:** English (spoken and written)**Key Responsibilities:*** Direct and oversee large-scale construction operations and establish policies for the division.* Oversee and manage nuclear decommissioning projects, with full accountability for cost, schedule, scope, and overall project performance.* Allocate resources, establish and enforce project controls, governance frameworks, and reporting structures to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.* Approve and manage project budgets, expenditures, and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.* Lead contract strategy, review and approve change orders, and negotiate with contractors to optimize project outcomes and control costs.* Provide executive-level reporting to senior leadership on project performance, risks, and strategic direction.* Oversee the development and execution of Project Execution Plans, ensuring alignment across engineering, construction, and operations teams.* Direct project planning, scheduling,
and resource allocation activities to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.* Lead cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, contractors, and consultants, to achieve project objectives.* Establish risk management frameworks, make final decisions on risk mitigation strategies, and ensure effective issue resolution.* Drive continuous improvement initiatives for project delivery systems, processes, and performance metrics.* Represent the company as well as develop and maintain strategic relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.* Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, promoting a strong safety culture across all project activities.* Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance oversight to project teams and project controls personnel.# **What We Are Looking For****Required Skills:*** 10+ years of active, relevant and applicable experience in the construction industry* Experience and ability to use the following:
+ Cost Control Systems and Applications
+ Planning and scheduling tools
+ Risk Assessment and reporting tools
