Wonderspeak is a multidisciplinary therapy clinic supporting children and families through collaborative, evidence-based care. We’re looking for a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) to join our growing team on a part-time basis. We’re seeking a thoughtful, collaborative clinician who values practical, meaningful outcomes.

What you’ll do:
Conduct behavioural assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based intervention plans
Supervise and support frontline behaviour-therapy staff implementing ABA programs, providing clinical guidance and feedback to ensure treatment plans are implemented effectively
Provide behaviour-analytic services for children with ASD and related needs
Work collaboratively with families, SLPs, OTs, CDAs, and other professionals
Support communication, social participation, adaptive skills, independence, and meaningful engagement
Provide caregiver guidance and support as appropriate
Collaborate with schools and other members of a child’s support network when appropriate
Monitor progress, adjust programming, and document services using standard practices

What we’re looking for:




Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) in Ontario (formerly BCBA) and in good standing with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO)
Minimum 2 years of experience
Experience working with children with ASD is required
Solid clinical and communication skills
A team-oriented, child-centred approach
Comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practices
Warm, engaging, and professional manner
