Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant activities, ensuring smooth operations from food preparation to serving guests
Lead and motivate team members, including interviewing, training, and scheduling staff to optimize performance
Oversee food handling and safety procedures to comply with health regulations and maintain high-quality standards
Manage POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and transaction accuracy
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
Coordinate food preparation and kitchen activities to ensure timely delivery of orders
Monitor cleanliness, food safety practices,
and overall restaurant appearance to uphold brand standards
Qualifications
Proven supervising experience in a food service or restaurant setting
Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling techniques
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS and cash handling procedures
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
Experience in restaurant management, hospitality, or related fields such as hotel or barista experience is preferred
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry
