Position Summary The Front Counter Attendant is the first point of contact for our guests. This role is responsible for taking orders, handling payments, coordinating take-out and delivery orders, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service
Take in-person, phone, and online orders accurately
Operate POS system and handle cash, debit, and credit transactions
Coordinate take-out and delivery orders with kitchen staff
Assist in the kitchen prepping orders as necessary
Package food orders correctly and ensure accuracy
Maintain cleanliness of front counter,



lobby, and beverage areas
Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
Address customer questions or concerns professionally
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards

Qualifications & Skills
Previous customer service or restaurant experience an asset (not required)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Positive attitude and robust work ethic
Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light items
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
