Kildare Renovations is a residential renovation company based in St. John’s, NL. We work on residential renovation projects throughout St. John’s and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches.
Perform skilled carpentry work, including measuring, cutting, assembling, installing, framing, finishing wood, and other building materials; install beams, subflooring, walls, windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, hardware, and other residential components as required.
Identify materials required for assigned work and coordinate material needs with the Project Manager/Foreman.
Follow project plans, schedules, and instructions.
Maintain job site safety and ensure company safety rules are followed.
Work with other trades and renovation team members as required.
Keep the work area clean and organized.




Take care of company tools, equipment, and materials.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of residential construction/carpentry experience.
Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, and measurements.
Positive knowledge of residential construction methods and materials.
Valid driver's licence.
Travel between residential job sites in St. John’s and surrounding areas.
Must be able to pass a criminal record check.

Expected hours: 42.5 per week

Experience
residential carpentry : 5 years (preferred)
