Restaurant Manager

Duties
Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
Ensure excellent customer service by training and supervising staff.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and monitor food and beverage costs.
Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean and secure working environment, following health and safety regulations.
Schedule staff shifts and manage employee performance.
Train new employees on restaurant procedures, policies, and standards.
Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency.

Requirements:
Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role.




Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Knowledge of POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
Familiarity with food service operations, including kitchen procedures, food handling, and food preparation.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
