You’ll utilize your 4+ years of field service experience to provide technical support, manage service parts, and maintain service records. Frequent travel across Canada for equipment repair and maintenance is essential to meet customer needs. Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and troubleshoot medical laser systems
Perform corrective repairs and replacements
Interpret schematics for board-level repairs
Conduct safety testing post-repairs
Provide Level 2 technical support remotely Requirements:
4+ years of field service experience
College diploma in electrical or electronic repair
Knowledge of ISO 13485 certification preferred
Valid driver’s license required
