College diploma (DEC) in civil engineering or any combination of education and experience deemed equivalent; Two (2) to less than three (3) years of experience; Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook and other computerized tools for managing road infrastructures; Excellent written and oral communication skills in French; proficiency in English will be considered an asset; Training in culvert inspection will be considered an asset. Permanent full-time position with a rotating schedule of 7 days on followed by 7 days off, consisting of 12-hour workdays; Annual salary ranging from $64,035 to $77,051; Possible employee-priced housing; Annual regional disparity allowance of $12,321 (without dependents) or $19,986 (with dependents); Vehicle provided for work-related travel, with 5,000 km per year authorized for personal use; Comprehensive advantages package (vacation, pension plan, group insurance, 14 statutory holidays, 10 days of absence for illness or family obligations, 2 floating days, reimbursement for physical activity fees, etc.). Responsibilities
Monitor road maintenance work (contractual, additional and in-house) according to standards, internal directives and safety requirements; Identify,
document and follow up on non-conformities and areas of damage or disorder on the road network; Ensure daily patrols are carried out and compliance of signage and work sites; Draft and forward inspection reports and non-conformity findings to relevant parties; Verify the conformity of signage and the safety of work sites in areas covered by contracts or under the company's responsibility; Perform any other related duties.
