The YMCA of Saskatoon is searching for a dedicated Childcare Centre Manager to oversee operations in a licensed environment. Key Responsibilities: • Provide daily leadership and direction to childcare staff • Ensure a safe, engaging environment for children • Coach educators on high-quality programming • Oversee implementation of the YMCA Playing to Learn curriculum • Maintain licensing and safety compliance
Requirements: • Early Childhood Educator Level III Certification • Minimum three years in a licensed childcare setting • Strong knowledge of Saskatchewan childcare legislation • Excellent leadership and communication skills • Current First Aid and CPR certification
