Requirements: • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a hotel or related industry • At least 2 years’ supervisory experience in a hotel • Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems • Proficiency in CMMS, HotSOS, and Microsoft Office • Solid project management and communication skills
