We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Residential Cleaner Contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our clients' homes, ensuring a high standard of service. Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
Prepare and organize your own cleaning supplies
Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences
Maintain a respectful and friendly demeanor to provide excellent customer service
Must have reliable transportation

Requirements:




Proficiency in English is a must
Prior experience in residential cleaning is mandatory (at least 1 yr)
Strong organizational skills and excellent time management abilities
Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Valuable communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
Ability to self manage customer service and satisfaction requirements
Reliable transportation to reach client locations
Positive attitude, professionalism, and a commitment to providing outstanding service
