We are a local cleaning company expanding and looking for a dependable, upbeat person to join our team! This role involves providing exceptional residential cleaning services to our clients, ensuring their homes are spotless and comfortable. Prior experience in cleaning or hospitality is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. A friendly attitude and reliable work ethic are essential for success in this position.

Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to meet client expectations
Laundry and linen changing as needed to ensure complete home care
Organize and manage cleaning supplies efficiently for each job
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments




Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions
Follow safety protocols and use cleaning equipment responsibly to ensure a safe working workplace

Qualifications
A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
Ability to pass a background check
A great attitude and willingness to learn
Previous cleaning experience preferred
Proficiency in English
Strong organizational skills and excellent time management abilities
Ability to perform light physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Good communication skills to interact professionally with clients
Reliable transportation or access to transportation is preferred for timely arrival at client locations
