Set up and operate CNC gear-grinders
Review engineering drawings before production
Ensure accurate component alignment and loading
Perform inspections and document results
Identify tooling and process improvement opportunities Requirements:
Minimum five years in gear-manufacturing
Experience in operating CNC gear-production machinery
Robust mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Capability to interpret technical documents
