Production Worker

Monarch Industries Limited – Winkler, Manitoba

Monarch Industries Limited is looking for a reliable and motivated Production Worker to join our team in Winkler, Manitoba. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily production operations while maintaining high standards of quality, productivity, safety, and housekeeping.

Key Responsibilities
Read and follow production documents, work instructions, and procedures.
Meet required quality and productivity standards, including efficiency and utilization targets.
Accurately record and report all production activities.
Handle, track, and record inventory accurately.
Complete required Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) procedures on a daily basis.
Participate in and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work centre.
Follow all company, Occupational Health and Safety, and workplace safety standards.




Work effectively as part of a team and support other production activities as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Schedule
Must be available to work on a day/evening rotating shift.

Education & Experience
High school education is required.
Previous manufacturing or production experience is considered an asset but is not required.

Skills & Qualifications
Must successfully pass the Essential Skills Employment Test.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging production environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.

Reliable attendance and a positive work attitude. Job Types: Full time, Permanent
