Key Responsibilities
Formulatio n: Manufacture liquid and powder flavors following approved instructions.
Measurin g: Accurately weigh, measure, and mix raw materials.
Chemical Handlin g: Safely handle aroma chemicals and raw ingredients.
Equipment Operation s: Operate mixers, blenders, and spray dryers.
Logistic s: Lift and move heavy containers safely.
Documentatio n: Maintain accurate batch records, labels, and procedures.
Sanitatio n: Clean and sanitize equipment between production runs.
Complianc e: Follow GMPs, safety rules, and environmental standards.
Teamwor k: Collaborate with supervisors to meet production schedules.
Qualification
Educati on:
Technical or manufacturing training is an asset.
Experien ce: Food, flavor, or chemical manufacturing preferred.
Precisi on: Strong attention to detail following written instruction.
Skil ls: Basic math and computer skills for batch records.
Physical Streng th: Ability to lift up to 25–30 kg (55–66 lbs.)
Stami na: Ability to work on feet for extended periods.
Adaptabili ty: Comfortable in quick-paced environments with strong aromas.
Commitme nt: Demonstrated dedication to safety and quality.
Working Conditions
Environm ent: Plant setting with noise, dust, and robust aromas.
Physical Dema nds: Frequent standing, bending, and heavy lifting.
Saf ety: Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) always.
