Smile City Dental is looking for an experienced Dental Practice Manager to lead a busy, multi-provider practice and a diverse team.

We’re looking for a hospitality-minded leader who can build strong teams, create an exceptional patient experience, and drive practice performance.

What We’re Looking For
Proven dental management experience
Experience leading a large team and multiple providers
Robust knowledge of dental KPIs, scheduling, and treatment acceptance
Confident, hands-on leadership style
Patient-focused and comfortable in a fast-paced workplace
Spanish fluency strongly preferred

What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and develop the team
Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and patient flow
Drive practice performance and patient retention
Partner with dentists to optimize the practice
