We are looking for a motivated E-commerce Sales & Marketing Assistant to support the online sales and marketing of our health supplement products.

Responsibilities:
Support online sales through the company website
Assist with website product updates and promotions
Respond to customer inquiries and follow up with potential customers
Assist with social media marketing and online promotional activities
Create simple product and promotional content
Support email marketing and customer communications
Help identify and develop new sales opportunities

Qualifications:
Fluent spoken and written English
Mandarin Chinese is an asset
Interest in e-commerce, sales, marketing, social media, or health products
Comfortable using social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or Xiaohongshu
Shopify or e-commerce experience is an asset
Valuable communication skills
Responsible, self-motivated, and willing to learn

Previous experience is preferred but not required. College/university students and recent graduates are welcome to apply. Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 per week
