Facilitate student learning journeys as the Student Experience Coordinator at Concordia University in Downtown Montreal. This full-time role is integral to student co-op placements and support. As a key team member reporting to the Manager of Co-op Student Experience, your role involves building relationships between students and the skilled community.

You will manage students’ progress, ensure successful placements, and address issues that arise throughout their co-op experiences. Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and support co-op student progress
- Act as the primary contact for student support
- Promote adherence to co-op requirements and milestones
- Coordinate with Career Services for pre-placement support
- Participate in recruitment through presentations and outreach

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years in customer relationship management
- Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Effective communication in English and French
- Experience in co-operative education or recruitment preferable
