Lead the Student Success Facilitator team at FNTI in a full time, hybrid role. This manager position focuses on strategic oversight, coaching, and ensuring learner success through support and development. FNTI is seeking a skilled Student Success Facilitator Manager to oversee and mentor the SSF team.

In this new position, you will provide leadership, supervise performance, and create an inclusive environment that reflects FNTI's values. Your expertise in operational procedures and understanding of learner-centered practices will drive improvements in service delivery and support for Indigenous learners. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership and coaching to the SSF team
- Recruit, onboard, and support new facilitators




- Monitor team performance and implement improvements
- Oversee learner support services and service consistency
- Collaborate with staff and community partners for learner initiatives Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum five years supporting learners in education
- Experience leading high-performing teams
- Knowledge of trauma-informed and culturally-responsive practices
