Key Responsibilities:
• Clean glassware, utensils, and bar areas
• Supply ice and prepare garnishes
• Stock the bar and maintain adequate supplies
• Pick up stock from storage rooms
• Ensure compliance with Liquor License Act and policies
Requirements:
• Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs
• Must have or acquire Smart Serve certification
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Clean criminal history certificate every two years
• General knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor
