Responsibilities
Safely operate commercial delivery vehicles to transport parcels to various destinations within assigned routes
Load and unload packages efficiently using moving techniques and equipment such as forklifts when necessary
Ensure accurate delivery of parcels by verifying recipient information and obtaining signatures when required
Communicate clearly with dispatch teams regarding delivery status, delays, or issues encountered during routes
Assist with warehouse activities including heavy lifting of packages, organizing inventory, and preparing shipments for delivery
Maintain vehicle cleanliness, safety checks,



and adherence to traffic laws at all times
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting recipients professionally, answering questions, and resolving minor concerns promptly

Experience
Prior experience in commercial driving or courier services is highly desirable
Warehouse experience involving moving heavy items or operating forklifts is a robust plus
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and repetitive moving tasks throughout the shift
Familiarity with warehouse procedures or logistics operations is advantageous
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driving certification preferred but not required
