You will supervise a dedicated crew, manage timelines, and ensure the maintenance of several landscaping projects across the Okanagan area. Your hands-on approach will be crucial as you also operate various landscaping equipment as needed. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily activities of landscaping laborers
Plan and assess materials and labor requirements
Organize planting and maintenance of greenery
Establish productive work schedules
Generate progress reports and manage procurement Requirements:
At least 2 years of landscaping experience
Demonstrated supervisory experience is a plus
English language fluency required
Skilled in operating landscaping machinery
