Reporting to the Senior Director, Project Execution, this role will drive the transformation of supply chain systems, processes, and outsourcing interfaces to deliver reliable operations today and a scalable future model.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESProject Supply ExecutionEnsure material readiness for all projects (on time, complete, aligned to schedule)Lead the project buying team in execution of all purchasing activitiesOwn supplier delivery performance across active suppliersDrive issue resolution and escalation to protect project timelinesEnsure alignment with Engineering on BoM availability, completeness, and accuracy, enabling timely uploads to ERP to secure timely orders to suppliers correctly the first timePlanning IntegrationLead master planning, key component planning and constraint managementAlign demand, supply, and project schedules through effective S&OPEnsure planning outputs translate into executable procurement plansProcurement Execution & Commercial DisciplineMaintain strong commercial performance in project buying,
particularly for RoM and adhoc requirementsEnsure consistent application of negotiation and buying practices across the teamMonitor and act on key execution metrics (delivery, cost for RoM/adhoc, responsiveness)Systems Ownership & TransformationOwn ERP/MRP systems for supply chain executionRapidly assess current systems and processes, identifying risks and limitationsDevelop and implement risk mitigation strategies for legacy system constraintsActing as the Supply Chain SME, partner with IT to define a future-state vision and roadmap to a cohesive, integrated platformLead the transition plan from current to future systems, ensuring continuity of operationsDrive standardisation, automation, and simplification of supply chain processesSupply Chain Process & Data IntegrityOwn end-to-end supply chain process governance, including:PO creation and execution workflowsSupplier onboarding and approval processesPlanning and MRP inputsOwn data integrity across the entire supply chain flow, including:BoM readiness and accuracy (Engineering → ERP)Supplier master dataPlanning data inputs and parametersEstablish standards, controls, and training to ensure consistent data qualityOwn supply chain data governance and standards, ensuring a single source of truth across planning, procurement, and executionOutsourcing & Supplier InterfaceManage operational interfaces with outsourced manufacturing partnersWork closely with the Global FRP Mould Manager and other supplier leads to ensure:Alignment between planning, production, and supplyClear execution accountabilityTimely resolution of supply and capacity constraintsEnsure execution aligns with supplier strategies, contracts, and policies defined by Strategic ProcurementSupport strategic procurement in providing data and input needed for supplier management and development. Contribute to commodity teams as neededTeam LeadershipLead, develop, and performance-manage; Project Buyers, Master Planner and FRP PlannerBuild a high-performing,
