Geosam Capital partners with La Tablée des Chefs to deliver weekly culinary workshops for youth (ages 12–25). The contractor will use provided teaching materials, teach basic techniques, and guide participants through recipes, while procuring ingredients within the approved budget and coordinating with the client organization on challenges.
The mandate runs 24 weeks (Les Brigades Culinaires) or 20 weeks (Cuisine Ton Avenir), scheduled after school or evenings.
