ALMACO Group is seeking a Project Engineering Lead to drive execution from sales to delivery for recent builds and modernization projects. You will define execution plans, lead multidisciplinary teams, and serve as the primary technical interface with the Yard, Owner, and Class Societies. You will own design quality, schedule, budget, and documentation while contributing to QA and continuous improvement. The role requires at least 5 years in shipbuilding or offshore and fluent English.
