Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate subcontractor activities across multiple projects
• Prepare and submit budget estimates for construction projects
• Plan and monitor construction schedules and milestones
• Establish and implement quality control policies
• Oversee the purchase of materials and land acquisitions
Requirements:
• 1-2 year post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Experience in mechanical construction preferred
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required
• Certificates in CSTS and WHMIS needed
